The phrase that inspired the name and kick-started one of Vancouver’s premier talent agencies. Formed in 1995 by James and Carolyn Strand, In-Motion Talent’s mission statement is simple: to provide gifted and dedicated Background Performers to the Film and Television Industry. As well, In-Motion strives to meet its client’s needs by providing a highly personalized style of representation in order to foster and create long-term relationships and opportunities. These philosophies and others were shaped during James and Carolyn’s many years of working for some of Canada’s top Fortune 500 companies.
